The query parameters your AI assistant sends to our tools (such as addresses and ZIP codes), API key and OAuth usage counts, and — for Pro subscribers — the email address and billing details handled by Stripe. We do not collect conversation transcripts, chat history, names, or any data beyond what reaches our API to fulfill a request.
Operating the service, fulfilling location-data requests, improving tool quality, rate limiting, and billing. Addresses and ZIPs queried are processed to return data and may be cached to improve speed; they are not linked to any individual's identity beyond your billing account.
We do not sell personal data, run third-party ads or trackers, or share data with anyone except the processors needed to run the service (Stripe for payments, our hosting provider for infrastructure). We do not build profiles of individuals, and our tools evaluate places, not people.
The website sets no cookies. Payment pages are operated by Stripe under their privacy policy.
Cached location data and usage logs are retained for service operation and improvement; billing records as required by law. Email support@pythiaprediction.com to request deletion of your account data.
